A few years ago, I decided to test what really works. Over the course of twelve months, I lost about 35 kilograms — not with one “miracle” method, but through relentless trial, error, and curiosity. I’ve tried nearly every approach you’ve ever heard of (and some you probably haven’t): Keto, Low Carb, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Intermittent Fasting, and even a four-day water fast that took five kilograms off me… only for them to come back just as quickly.
